Weh I was 1-2 years old ~1950 My Father Pierre Bourdelle was decorating that Hotel , and in Port au Prince for their Cenennial celebration. Pierre loved Dolphins as amarine theme, so I wouldn't be surprised if that Dolphin fountain to the "Piscine" was his work
